1. Eligibility
To open an account with OnlyWin Casino, you must be at least 19 years old (18 in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec), a resident of a jurisdiction where online casino play is not prohibited, and not self-excluded from any licensed gambling platform. We reserve the right to verify age, identity, and location before processing withdrawals.
2. Account Registration
One account per player, per household, per IP address. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
Minimum deposit is $20 CAD. We accept Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and major e-wallets. Withdrawals are processed once KYC verification is complete. First withdrawal may take up to 72 hours for verification review. Subsequent withdrawals process within 4–12 hours for Interac. We do not charge withdrawal fees; your payment provider may apply standard transaction fees.
4. Bonus Terms
Welcome bonuses carry a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until wagering is complete. Maximum bet while bonus is active: $5 per spin / $10 per round. Games excluded from bonus wagering are marked in the game lobby. Bonuses are available to first-time depositors only unless stated otherwise. Abuse of bonus promotions (multi-accounting, pattern-play exploitation) results in account suspension.
5. Responsible Gambling
We offer deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are in your account settings under Responsible Gaming. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Players who self-exclude may not create new accounts during the exclusion period.
6. Fair Use & Prohibited Activities
Prohibited activities include using automated software (bots), exploiting software errors, colluding with other players, or using the platform for money laundering. Any suspected prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension and review. Winnings generated through prohibited activity will be forfeited.
7. Privacy
We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We do not sell personal data to third parties. By creating an account, you consent to data processing as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
8. Amendments
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via registered email address.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which our gaming licence is issued. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under that jurisdiction's applicable rules.
